The Story of Rainbow Transformation Ministries
Joel and Cindy Incorvaia developed a passion to reach broken and marginalized people beginning with female prisoners at Rainbow California Conservation Camp in 1999. Later, during a mission trip to the country of Colombia in 2008, they realized and accepted a calling to take the message of God’s transforming love beyond their local region to whatever nation God would open doors into. Since then, they have ministered in the countries of Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, India, Uganda and Kenya.
In 2012 Joel and Cindy partnered with Transformation of the Nations to train and lead ministry teams with a mission focused on the nation of Kenya. Ministry teams led by Joel and Cindy travel to Kenya to participate in leadership conferences and visit schools, orphanages and prisons in rural areas. The teams also support ministry to men and women involved in the tourist sex trade in cities located in the eastern region of Kenya.
Rainbow Transformation Ministries, a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, was established in 2016 to facilitate and grow ministry opportunities internationally and in the USA. The organization has received tax exempt status from both the IRS and state of California.
Renewal for Pastors in Kenya
Our passionate belief is that church leaders who experience freedom and healing in their personal lives
will be empowered to transform a nation
Since 1997, our leadership team has conducted special, one-week Father’s Love retreats for pastors and church leaders in western and eastern Kenya. We provide free housing and meals for the attending leaders at local retreat centers so they can take a break from from their busy ministries and just physical and emotional healing as the love of God is poured into their hungry hearts. We focus on deep, personal issues of the heart. We emphasize a clear understanding of a new identity in Christ and personal encounters with the love of our heavenly Father. We believe these truths are foundational to learning a new way of life as adopted sons and daughters of God. We also engage in gracious healing prayer for past emotional wounds and trauma.
Please join us in prayer for Kenyan church leaders. Pray they will walk in the Father’s forgiveness and acceptance and fully experience His provision for every area of their lives. Pray that as their wellbeing is enriched so will it be for their churches and people.
Mexican Prison Ministry
In 2022 Joel joined a team from Set Free International, an international prison ministry, to participate in weekly worship and evangelism services for incarcerated male inmates at a maximum security prison in Tijuana, Mexico. Joel was also appointed as CEO of Set Free International’s US 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which raises funds for its Mexican and Central American prison ministries.
